Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Nikou Lohse is a movement and mindfulness expert who helps women feel strong, grounded, and deeply connected through yoga, Pilates, and holistic wellness.
Her journey began in 2006 after a car accident left her with scoliosis. What started as part of her physical therapy quickly evolved into a passion for mindful movement and meditation. Later, her experience with SIBO and postpartum depression inspired her to redefine how she cared for her body — focusing on the connection between gut health, movement, and mental well-being.
Today, Nikou leads Elev8ted Tribe, a community and wellness brand dedicated to helping women find balance and vitality through movement, mindset, and nutrition. Whether she’s hosting retreats, teaching private sessions, or guiding her online community, she empowers women to reconnect with themselves and rise to their fullest potential.
